The journey of coming to create my soul-led sanctum of a business has been long and winding.

For many years I followed known and expected social, academic and career paths as a social work clinician, researcher, academic, consultant and healthcare manager. I was very 'high achieving', also running my own word-of-mouth healthcare consultancy alongside constant study and work.

I loved most of this, and was diligently climbing all the ladders until one day in 2019, after giving a presentation in a 5th floor conference room, I was talking to a friend and the words "I don't want a job any more" came out of my mouth. This was a great surprise to me and him. I had no idea what this meant. I did feel the truth of it in my body. I knew that after navigating the politics, egos and toxic work environments for years I no longer wanted to work for other's dreams, build other's empires, be party to unethical actions, be diminished, see others diminished, operate from a place of performance or 'play the game'. I began the hunt.

I met a boy. I left my job. I finished my PhD.

Upon submitting my PhD in 2021 (in a very deflating way), I finally realised that nothing outside of me would validate my own Knowing. The Knowing of my soul. I felt deeply called into more. I began the search.

Then I had a baby. A beautiful boy. And my world shifted again. I opened to my intuitive gifts and began navigating the massive identity change that comes with being a mum (not to mention post-partum recovery).

All this was happening alongside what I can only describe as a deep commitment to my personal development and evolution, a journey I have been on, and deepening in, since 2016, largely through the Shamanic Kinesiology work of Melissa Farrugia (Soul Wellness). I am forever grateful for her magic and medicine. And the unlocking of mine.

I began my first soul led business in 2023, while juggling mum life, solo parenting 50% of the time and lots of other life stressors.

It began beautifully. And then it failed.

I was not anchored in my own Manifesto. My own Ethos. My own Knowing. I fell into the trap of following other's paths and ways, buying into the stress. I got sick. I had to stop. Fairly crushing. And a massive initiation.

I stopped. I healed my body. I recovered.

Then my husband and I bought a business that we have been running together since 2025.

And The Call remains. My Mission.

So fast forward to today, 2026. I have begun again. The difference this time is that I am deeply embodied in my work. I am anchored in my own Knowing, my own Manifesto, my Ground somatic practices, my Shamanic Journey work, my seer and strategic gifts, my medicine and magic. And I am very ready to walk with you as you unlock yours.

So welcome to Wilde Forme®, my soul-led sanctum of a business that is evolving me as much as it is nourishing me.

I am here to lead and activate within you a deep remembrance of the Truth of who you are, your medicine and magic and the work you are here to do.
